Debit money through POS without paying

Yesterday, the 28th of July, 2021, I used the POS (TRAN-PAYCOM NIGERIA LIMITED/LA/ ) at exactly 4:41pm to withdraw #1000 but the first attempt failed. Wasn’t credited with my airtime and was debited by my bank

I was debited but didnt get my airtime please find out whats going on I need my money refunded or my airtime credited to the phone number I recharged to cause I am not happy with my bank this isnt the first time its happening
