Poor service
Very unprofessional staff, poor service (sending questions by e-mail, no response expected) year). When calling, the employee is asked to send an application by e-mail (to which, of course, no reply was received). Decisions are made not on the basis of professionalism and tendency towards the client, but on the basis of personal attitude - like or dislike! A "lawyer" (black hair, foreign language) working on the streets of Toronto is completely unprofessional, do not talk to clients! Instead, in order to compromise, wear and do not control your emotions! Everything is fine until the moment you pay and don't bother them with unnecessary questions... I never recommend anyone to work with this office, of course I don't intend to do it myself again... And people, really think about who you are working with!
