Tracking number doesn’t work

Cannot speak with anyone to track my order. When I do get someone, they can’t help. Frustrating to say the least. Terrible customer service!!! User’s recommendation: Don’t deal with DHL if you can.

Horrible Communication and customer service

I have called 13x about my package. I was promised to receive a redelivery on May 5, 2021 (never happened). I reached out to talk to a supervisor (never happened) . Now today is May 6 I was promised redelivery for today (never happened) , I called for a supervisor (never happened) unprofessional. Very upset.
