My internets off my bill is totally wrong

My internets off they said $172 that is incorrect, to my Knowledge and couldnt talk to a representative until I pay $55.65 thats bad customer service User’s recommendation: Knowledge and couldn’t talk to a representative until I pay $55.65 that’s bad customer service.

Xfinity billi am so upset not being able to talk to a person. And I tried for 3 days!!! When I fill out the prompts it says I have no account but your company says I’m going to be cut off for no payme

Listen I could go on and on but obviously your company doesnt care. So when Im cut off then my HOA said to come see them and they will handle it. User’s recommendation: Absolutely not!!!!! I thought ATT was bad but nothing compares to your customer service.
