Worst cable ever

cannot not reach technical support at all. have to listen to an automated service that gets you NOWHERE. CAN’T STAND COMCAST. GOING TO HAVE THEM GET THIS *** OUT OF MY HOUSE AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. User’s recommendation: GO WITH ANYONE BUT COMCAST.

Lack of response to customer needs

Have you ever tried to contact combats via phone? the most ridiculous service I have ever seen. If I run my business like Comcast (monopoly) I would go out of business with few seconds.
