Been requesting service for over a week.

After many days and may conversations, the problems were resolved. The algorithm they use doesn’t allow the employees to enter new information for locations until the end stage of set up. Very frustrating, but, thankfully resolved. User’s recommendation: Go as high up with supervisors as you can.
