To Expensive

Comcast is a monopoly in San Jose, CA. Hence, they charge very high prices, and we have no other alternative for home internet. My friends got 1 GB fiber for $65 to $75 in Milpitas, Fremont area. Wrong address on account

The automated system isn’t user friendly at all. Wasn’t informed that when move the modem has to be activated again. When changing address and automated system still had incorrect. User’s recommendation: Confirm Address on account.
