I needed to talk to somebody I was trying to hook up my new modem and I never got to speak to an agent at voice to voice so I’m not satisfied at all right now cuz I never did get it hooked up
Resolving the issue proved quite comber some, many attempts to use on line tools were unsuccessful. Your representative ( a real person) however was very patient, professional and truly wanted a resolution when I was ready to give up. My internet disconnects very often, like 4-5 times every day. Today (7/17), experience is more worse than before, because it is disconnecting every 5-10minutes
