Poor service

Same situation as described here. The package was ordered from Germany, which had to arrive today. At 20:00 the system shows that there was an attempt to deliver, but not from itella, who never contacted me all day. I am at home all day, the phone is available all day. Poor service, can't be trusted, I don't recommend anyone and I hope that Germany will find another supplier in Australia.
