Poor service

03.08.2019. I will charge the phone for repair in accordance with Samsung's insurance policies at the place where I purchased it. The phone cracked the display. Upon delivery, it was explained to me that I will have to pay a deductible of 30 CA$ for the service that will carry out the repair, ie MTTC LLC, the representatives of the repair service will contact me and provide information on prepayment terms, deadlines and details. I waited a week, realized that I had to contact myself, the operator replied that the details had been sent out and did not make repairs, because he was waiting for payment, to which I replied that I had not received anything. Then it was explained to me that everything is in order, so as not to worry, the system sees that the details have been sent and payment has been received. I explained again that I did not receive anything and therefore did not pay anything, to which the operator replied that everything was in order, the device had been handed over to a technician and if there was no payment, I would pay when I received my device. Another week passed, I was following the repair process in the system, where for a long time there was information "Waiting for details" from 10.08. until 23.08. then finally the details were received. If I had a choice, choose a warranty service, I would definitely not choose this! I waited another week, it seemed suspicious that it couldn't be fixed for so long. I contacted the service by phone, the operator shocked me. repairs are not performed because the service is waiting for payment of 30 CA$ deductible on my part. I explained the situation and what the previous conversation was with their service representative. The only thing I could explain is that I have to make this payment, then the right phone, if necessary, the details will be sent to my phone. So I received the details after this conversation on 31.08.2019. and I made the payment right away. The question is whether it is normal to hang up the phone for a month just because it is not possible to normally contact the customer and find out all the information! Now it remains to wait how long it will be good after receiving the payment. I am disappointed with the incompetence and indifference of the employees! If I had a choice of which service to carry out warranty repairs, I would definitely not choose this one!
