I purchased coverage for employees, I pay for it each month, for past 7 years, can't review the coverage now that I need to make their first claim. Online, it doesn't find the policy number. called, coverage should be in company name, they can't find. hard to understand the foreigner on the phone. I thought they were a US based co. Unable to get a claim form. I think company is Shixxy. I'm P.O.'d User's recommendation: DONT BUY.
