No refund andtried to charge me twice

Tried to cancel my booking. Website advises they have gone bankrupt. I got my bank to dispute the charge. I then got an email from cancelon asking why. Cancellation without permission

I had a hotel reservation made through Cancelon and they cancelled my reservation without my knowledge or permission due to the pandemic and didn’t refund my money. The hotel wouldn’t honor the reservation because the money was sent back to Cancelon. User’s recommendation: Don’t use any sites that offer non refundable reservations. Lesson learned.
