Cancelon cancelled my reservation with hotel and did not notify me nor refunded the money I paid. Hotel was booked in February for trip in July. Per the hotel was cancelled on April 8, 2020. User’s recommendation: Do not use Cancelon or any hotel search engine that’s affiliated with them suck as Trivago and Trip Advisor.
