I made a 3 day reservation at a hotel through Cancelon online. Called the hotel later to confirm my reservation to find out that the reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. I was unable to reach Cancelon since the phone number they gave me was also cancelled. User’s recommendation: Make reservations with the hotel directly.
This company is horrifying. Theyve filed bankruptcy then sent fraudulent documents to my cc company and Im on the hook for $849! You cancel my reservation at the Dingle Skellig Hotel, do not refund the money to me, then file for bankruptcy. That sounds criminal to me. User’s recommendation: AVOID.
