I reached out to my dentist of record. Multiple calls, no one answered, no one called back. I found another in-network dentist, but changes only allowed on the 1st of the next month. They’ve lied.

they’re liar….i called them at 3 months ago to terminate my program with them, but they continue to do the auto-charge from my bank account for 2 more months. but now, they sent me a mail, said i still owed them one month’s premium. i need to talk to DD and cannot reach them by web, email or phone. the website errors out and will not take a contact request. the phone goes unanswered. if your needing a urgent reply then your stuck. User’s recommendation: don’t count on talking to them once you have an issue.
