I talked to a consumer care person told her . I had just bought my Brothers sewing machine at a yard sale it didn’t come with any attachments. They were going to charge me $50.00 dollars for it. And the piece that covers bobbins. I asked what size needle &;; bobbin ,no answer.

The lady worked with me continuously, calling back multiple times when disconnected to solve the problem. Turns out, I need new heads for the printer. So Im on my way to buy a new brother printer. Last one lasted for five years. I love brother printers! Wouldnt have anything except. User’s recommendation: Buy one for sure.
The person was rude and not caring. I needed to install my fax and instead of helping me he got me more upset. My fax is still not set up and I need some one to get in touch with me You need better people to work in your place User’s recommendation: Zero.
