Incredibly terrible customer support

Customer support is the worst I have had to deal with. I actually had to do an internet search to find the support phone number. I can’t get the presser foot back on my sewing machine.

I am following the instructions on model XR9550PRW to put the presser foot on and even when it is lined up correctly, when I lift up, it is not connected to the top part. User’s recommendation: But the machine in a sewing store and make sure you can change the pressure foot before buying the machine.
