Damaged products and box

I got box damaged from the mailbox and the eyeshadow products inside are all over and broken. I have never had a problem before and I worked like this made right by boxy charm.

Tracking my order said it was delivered today, didn’t receive nothing

I checked on my tracking and it said I received it on 08/10/3021 at 12:47 but I didnt receive nothing User’s recommendation: Make sure it says Sp 76 on the mail bix.
