Never received box that said was delivered and not sure if it was my charm box or luxe box

I got a confirmation saying it was delivered at 1:52 pm on 8-12-21 but it was not there And not sure which box was supposedly delivered.

I cancelled subscription in July an still got boxy now it’s out again from bank an I cancelled 2 months ago User’s recommendation: Refund of this month an no more subscription.

Palette in boxycharm broken

I received my boxy charm premium and my regular boxy charm both boxes were damaged and the eyeshadow palettes inside them are broken I already submitted photos of this but have yet to have the problem fixed
