My bank bank was charged 4 times this month

My credit card was expired so I didnt get my July box. I went in to put my new exoneration date and some how now I have been charged $25 four times instead of one charge. Please check on my account why I was charged so many times and that I only have one subscription please.

Leaked Product in my Base Box

I received my base box today with the Truly Beauty Lip Butter completely spilled out in my box. What can be done about this? It is very upsetting spending the money on something and not even going to be able to use it. Pictures attached.
