Ridiculous shipment

Received Booty Drops in this shipment and I am 76 years old. Of no use to me at all. My first shipment contained eye shadow which I indicated that I do not use. Someone needs to monitor these shipments.

Packages never received

You can’t actually speak to customer service. I’ve been praying for 5 months trying to get help bc I’ve never received my 5 FIVE boxes. BS User’s recommendation: Choose a different company.

Broken iteams on my box

My box came in today and opening theres a leak and one of my items !!!! This wasnt the first time either !!!! Pissed off paying money for my items to be delivered good not destroy !!!!! Need to contact ASAP !!!!
