Tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription using their website. Nothing worked. Tried emailing them, no response.

I have an unwanted subscription with Marie-Claire. Tried to cancel using their website and my account. Failed. They kept telling me I did not have an account. But they charge me for the subscription every year. Could find NO way to end subscription. User’s recommendation: Do not subscribe to this magazine.
