Missing august box

I noticed its fairly late in the month and hadnt received my monthly August box. I checked the shipping information on it and DHL says returned to sender on August 15. It never came to my house. I would like to know what happened and if thats a mistake or not. Id appreciate receiving it.

WRONG SHADE.

I received a bb cream that is wayyy lighter than what i selected on the skin quiz and i would like an exchange or refund. i didnt pay to receive a product 10 shades light than my skin tone.

Fed ex’s app says my box was delivered.. but i did NOT get ANYTHING

The fed ex app says it delivered my box.. Im waiting on two.. I did not receive ANYTHING today. Can u please confirm that my two boxes are in fact still on way! User’s recommendation: Make sure you confirm first.
