I did my Day 2 covid-19 swab test on Saturday 17th July and sent it off by midday. I am in the same group with my wife, who got her result yesterday. I still have not received mine. The barcode of the sample is SB0527****. What should I do?

Advantage card

im having problems my card wont scan and it it will not let me spend my points need any new card plz
I don’t think i have received my card points the last two purchased items. I don’t seem to be able to get a reply from customer service, it’s always a 20-minute wait,
