A call to customer complaints sorted it out but it took much longer than I expected. Its a good plan to keep a note of what is going on because after a while you risk losing the will to live!! User’s recommendation: Visit you local Boots shop instead of on smartphone.

I managed to get transport to my local Boots & got a refund & replacement in store . Thank you for your assistance. User’s recommendation: Consider whether items might leak in transport.
Have an advantage card with points which will no longer scan at checkout,advised to get a new card. Very difficult if not impossible to move points from one card to another as the login does not recognise my login details. User’s recommendation: Steer clear of advantage cards if they are not put in use regularly.
