Brush bearings lock up

Every two months the brush roller locks up. Bissell said it’s because of pets. They said I have to clean the roller after every use. Just cheap *** Bearings aren’t sealed. Do not buy. Waste of money

Mop Vacuum died after two months and they offered me a brush.

Bissell is not the company it once was. I bought the Pet Mop/Vac from Amazon, used it for a month and then it started smoking and clogging. Finally it overheated. Bissell asked me to call so I did. Pure Junk

I have purchased many Bissell products over the years. Never again. These are disposable products. Don’t expect to get more than a few months out of them. Quality is horrendous. Probably the worst consumer product available.
