Horrible repair customer service!

Brought my Spotbot to an “Authorized Repair Center” over a month ago. Still waiting to get it back. Contacted Bissell many times. Constant song and dance response from them. Bissell spot bot is crap

This is my 3rd spotbot. First 2, the hose broke off and couldn’t reconnect it. The last one leaks from the solution tank all over the place. When they work they’re great, problem is they don’t last a year. No more bissells, thank you! They are not worth the purchase price if they only last a year.... Read more➤
