Umbrella placed on back order

I ordered an umbrella 6 weeks ago and was told by dealer to expect it first week of May but when I called today they said it was placed on back order and wont ship out till July 8th. Summer will be half over by then. So frustrating, now doubting if Ill ever get it at all.... Read more➤

Although I did not hear from Treasure Garden yet I was able to resolve the issue on my own Treasure Garden should consider including detailed instructions on the operation of the tilt mechanism

No customer service help what so ever. Do not buy anything from this company. They make garbage products and do not stand behind them.

Umbrella broke and they refuse to replace it. User’s recommendation: Run, don’t walk away from this company.

Totally ignored calls for repair

I bought a $2000 umbrella from these bums and recently had a problem: the umbrella would not crank down. They don’t offer a customer service phone number and my emails and faxes did not result in a single return call. Just a useless PDF which offered no help. Ripped canopy only 2nd yr used

purchased a 10×10 canopy, first one destroyed during bad storm. purchased another one in 2019. this is 2020 and the canopy is ripped frame is good. canopy taken down in fall & not put back up until spring. surely should have gotten more than a year and a half out of this product. very very disappointed
