Bissell is not the company it once was. I bought the Pet Mop/Vac from Amazon, used it for a month and then it started smoking and clogging. Finally it overheated. Bissell asked me to call so I did. The customer service rep was absolutely atrocious. He said the pet mop/vac is not made for pets, but for small spills. Are you kidding me? I am so unhappy that they scammed me out of $299. I want my money back.
