Basically Bissell told me that Walmart had to return it and

My experience with product.

I’m not mad about your product. We have the vacumn pet turbo one. And we just love it. It has a lot of suction and gets the carpet olean. I was trying to find a way to tell you. Had to do it that way

Commend you on great product

This vacumn is the best we bought. It sucks so much stuff off our carpet it embarasses us to know how much stuff is in our carpet. Again were going to be a Bissell customer for a long long time because of your products. Thanks again
