Buy very cautiously!

I purchased two Bissell Bolt EXT Model 1313R factory-remanufactured sweeper vacs from Ollie’s Outlet. After just two or three uses each, neither of my vacs work anymore. The batteries simply won’t charge. I’ve been a Bissell vac customer for many years, but this is just crazy. What a disappointment!
