Phone out of stock.

We pay a little more for better insurance for our phone because my kids and I are not easy with them. This is my daughter’s 2nd claim in 4 months. I switched from prepaid to a post paid account 4 days ago and they took the old amount out of my account today for the service I no longer have. User’s recommendation: Cancel through bank.
FedEx said the phone got sent back the phone never came in the mail I don’t know what’s going on can you help please

My computer is dead

Now and again, my 1yr old computer dies. This is the 4th time I’m reaching out about this problem. You repaired it in April but the problem wasnt corrected. It keeps happening. Poor service

So, the cashiers give vague answers - there are toilets available for claimants or on the train to Oakland - Lubbock. The cashier replied to me as follows: "I thought so, but only after Tacoma" I didn't understand anything. There are incomprehensible signs at the Oakland railway station, it is very confusing that the train to Lubbock can leave from two different platforms. When I asked the conductor which platform the particular train was leaving from, he showed me two different directions. Well, I'm confused again. I missed the train even though I was at the station on time. :(
