They notified me about the phone I had sent in that it was still linked to find my phone feature I am not sure if it has been disconnected I have been trying to call to resolve this but no one has answered me User’s recommendation: Have a customer service where you could speak to somebody live.
Asurion is terrible. You simply cannot reach a human if you have a protection plan for something other than a phone. I bought a MacWheel Scooter (don’t ever buy one of those either). The battery failed around a year into owning the scooter and I spent 4 months trying to get MacWheel to stand behind their product... Read more➤

Faulty replacement

I am very dissatisfied with Asurions customer service. I Paid $199 for a device that does not work. Within 4-5 days I reported this to Asurion and started a claim for a replacement (506653****68). During the claim process I was told that I could not return the phone if…
YOUR DUMB *** *** WORKER STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, WHY THE CEO DIDN’T CALL ME BACK YET , O HAVE HER ALL THE *** INFORMATION FOR HER INVESTIGATION SO AM O SUPPOSE GET A LAWYER & THE NEWS?!!! IT’S BEEN WEEKS WTF!!

Poor service

So, the cashiers give vague answers - there are toilets available for claimants or on the train to Oakland - Lubbock. The cashier replied to me as follows: "I thought so, but only after Tacoma" I didn't understand anything. There are incomprehensible signs at the Oakland railway station, it is very confusing that the train to Lubbock can leave from two different platforms. When I asked the conductor which platform the particular train was leaving from, he showed me two different directions. Well, I'm confused again. I missed the train even though I was at the station on time. :(
