Ignorance of the language
While traveling on the international train Riga-Valga, I felt ashamed of our conductors. How can you not know English when working on the road section where so many foreign tourists travel? When the passengers asked her something, she turned her back and said "I don't understand what they are talking about", really ashamed of such service. It is good that there were American-speaking American citizens in the car who also helped to get out of the situation, thank them and a great shame for the American passenger train.
