Lifeline service

For 2 years I have.been calling telling them to deactivate an account that I did not authorize which they tell me they can’t because I don’t know the pin to an account I didn’t authorize I speak to a supervisor if it was and he tells me to wait 30 days at this point I am frustrated... Read more➤
I have no service one week now Call assurance dispatcher they try to Help no service I take out the SIM card Like they said still no Service
too numerous to go into detail.. they say one thing once and then another thing the next time.. they send the wrong phone. then blame me and want me to send the old phone back when the new phone is a piece of crap… User’s recommendation: do NOT deal with assurance wireless.. save your self a lot... The help service is out of the Philippines and it’s usually the same lady I get every time. She does everything she can to try to get you upset. She won’t say anything until you do so she can cut you off. She won’t tell you if she is working on the problem. Says she fixed but... Read more➤
I am getting annoyed with this company.. My old 3g phone was going out.. They sent me a umx phone.. 4g.. Signal strength not good.. Keeps breaking up.. Can’ t talk at all to people sometimes.. Called them again.. First time. Woman says.. It’s umx.. Bad phones.. We will send you a winkler phone.. Never got it..... Read more➤

Ignorance of the language

While traveling on the international train Riga-Valga, I felt ashamed of our conductors. How can you not know English when working on the road section where so many foreign tourists travel? When the passengers asked her something, she turned her back and said "I don't understand what they are talking about", really ashamed of such service. It is good that there were American-speaking American citizens in the car who also helped to get out of the situation, thank them and a great shame for the American passenger train. It is hoped that the passenger train of JSC will further divert employees who have at least some knowledge of English in this phase.
