Waxs is way too hot

The person was not helpful. This warms is DEFECTIVE and dangerous. I cant wait 2 weeks to send it back and wait for a new one. Want a video as proof??? Im a 20 year stylist and this is the first bad machine .

Do not buy it

I bought this product at the store the customer services really recommended it to me for facial hair removal that’s how the lotion Is called well I applied it on my face to remove the hair on top of my superior lips and it totally burned my skin
