Impossible to speak with a person about reservation cancellation

I have tried for three days to get through on their one phone number(800-227-****) to no avail. The recorded message says they’re experiencing high call volume, but nobody ever answers. Sometimes its says they’re experiencing extremely high call volume at the moment, and then just disconnects the call. There is no way to email customer service either.... Read more➤

Garbage airline

i bought a roundtrip ticket on asiana from the USA to Philippines. the price included a hotel room on the return leg. now AFTER i bought the ticket and am rady for the return leg they refuse to provide a hotel room citing a change in policy.
