All happened the last week of october in this year, I was going to incheon from Rome, and I was in the raw qaiting for checkin...there was an asiatic man with glassesand ugly voice, continuosly pushing people back of the line, even if they were not over the line....all people was disgusted by him but, make feel like China or the poorest in the 1930...not the magnificent of Rome. when i was close tu my ***, he started to cream to one young asian girl at the ticketing, she started to cry and he was pulling his hand like to give her a punch. was a quick but really bad movement, I really disliked his action hand i stopped him screaming STOP! he was "more angry" and started to say bad words in korean to me and my family. I don't speak korean well, but as all of you know the first thing you learn of a language is bad words, and I know them and most important he told them to me. Now I'm searching his name to write a direct letter to the company, hoping the understand is not this the way to treat customers and employeers.
