I have tried for three days to get through on their one phone number(800-227-****) to no avail. The recorded message says they're experiencing high call volume, but nobody ever answers. Sometimes its says they're experiencing extremely high call volume at the moment, and then just disconnects the call. There is no way to email customer service either. They have a javascript customer complaint form on the site, but it doesn't seem to work. User's recommendation: Use an airline with better customer service.
