Update by user May 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. My item was delivered and it was the incorrect item. It was breaking already. They damage my walls during delivery to my house and acted as if it was no big deal and everyone I talk to in the company seems to feel the same way.
