Made payments, they claim I didn’t. Repoed my car. Nightmare! Will never deal with them again. They are horrible! User’s recommendation: Run from HMFUSA.
I paid off the loan early on 6-3-21. No refund of overpayment ever arrived. Have made request for payment at least 3 times. Same story each time: 5-7 business days. It is now 8-4-21; same story again. No excuse for this lack of response especially since they returned the title in a month.
I have leased two cars with Hyundai since 2016. Multiple times now I have paid on the website, on time, and for some reason, the website just glitches out and doesnt actually submit the payment request to the bank and then to my utter surprise, when I go to pay the next months payment (on time), it...
