I own my own business and my wife has a “regular” job. For about 4 months we jumped through hoop after hoop getting documents together for them. Every time we got what they wanted they then needed to see more. User’s recommendation: If not a regular w-2 earner then don’t bother.
I’m trying to connect customer care regarding my travel bookings but unable to reach single contact. This is urgent and I have already invested lot of time and energy on this but all in vain.

Medford/Gold Hills KOA- nice office help, campground nice, terrible Wi-Fi but decent cable. Albany KOA- lady in office very rude the 3 xs we encountered her. I still haven’t used it since we have had to leave our residence because of no electric, water or heat..staying with friends..left in a hurry..but the company gave me the instructions for using I asked for User’s recommendation: Cannot say anything about the product yet but the company did provide information and was pleasant to me.
