A pop-up read Microsoft Office was deactivated on my Toshiba Satellite laptop. Followed instructions on the Recovery and Applications/Drivers disk but does not get me past the appearance of the Toshiba logo. Screen eventually fades to black instead of without presenting any instructions on the screen. Please inform.
