Team Know How have retorted they could not have prevented my brand new computers microchip from damaging. They claim they are unaware that a power surge could have caused a problem but thanked me for letting them know. Dont waste your money on this company User’s recommendation: Don’t get conned.

I tried to ask a simple question about my policy renewal notice and became entangled in a load of nonsense starting with the fact that the email address quoted on the renewal notice no longer works. User’s recommendation: If you want to ask a simple question, don’t bother.
