Blown amplifier

I Bose did not want to help me with my Blown Amplifier problem they directed me to MaZda. On the MaZda 3 forum Bose replaced customers blown amplifiers before but declined to help me. User’s recommendation: I think If I purchased the Bose technology package from them they should at least be somewhat helpful to me.
