In 2019, we bought 4 tickets through the ticketmaster for the Coachella festival. we paid about $ 4.5k. so far we have not received any tickets or money back. Moreover, tickets have disappeared on my ticketmaster account. all attempts to get a refund were unsuccessful. User’s recommendation: Never buy anything from ticketmaster.
