I open ~1 year ago request to get back refund and airline told me (I have email) few months. ago that they send refund to you but till now I didn’t get refund back and I don’t see any status of refund in my booking history , can u check and give me amswer?

I do not understand these companies that cannot list a phone number for customer support. Apparently my package was lost in transit or is sitting in a FedEx warehouse in Texas for several weeks. There is no possible way to get someone on the phone to resolve this issue and FedEx says it is red bubbles problem....
