For the past few months, postmates has been taking money out of my account without my usage of the app. I need a full refund of my money.

I booked a handyman service and the person who showed up didn’t have the equipment. I, as a customer, was expected to have the tools like a wood cutting machine and even a ladder. Such a ludicrous expectation from a customer. They would not refund the full booking fee either. User’s recommendation: Absolutely not.

This can be easily solved by simply canceling my account! I didnt get the option to speak to anyone with my questions. I dont even want my money back only for this company to easily accessible User’s recommendation: Make sure that you get a phone number to cancel the contract if you choose.
