Very poor service and harassing attitude

Hi I went to Willowbrook Mall Sears center for my tires.So some body check it out and gave me an estimate like 38 dollar. After that I went again to do the job and they asked me now 60 dollar.Then I called the manager Mr Melvin and he told me a different story and dinied me the warranty and asked me full price. That's how they chetted the customer s and distorted the good will of the company. That's horrible.
