Negligent, lack of integrity, Read the paperwork completely!

I have been to 4 Coast dental offices so far in 1 1/2 years. Overbooked apts resulting in over an hour wait in waiting room, and long waits for apt. However if you are late for a few minutes they will not see you. 1st. Dentist caused me to lose entire $1500 allowance for 2017 due to the dentist office never sending in the treatment plan for approval to the insurance co. 2nd. caused me to lose $735 that I could have replaced a crown with due to lack of responding to my repeated calls to make another apt for the work to be done. Also tried to tell me my front teeth are loose, (they are not)! and wanted to send me to a special dentist for surgery for no reason. I was a few minutes late due to stomach problems I was told to come back, but when they left me waiting for over an hour it was ok. Then had the nerve to send me a letter saying we hope you will be back. 3rd. Would not see me because I was a few minutes late again due to stomach problems and even though I had all the paperwork filled out saving us 15 minutes . The first dentist had moved into that office, the one causing me to loose the $1500 allowance due to his negligence. 4th. Office had a Lack of cleanliness on treatment chairs and xray bibs . The hygienist was patient and did a good job cleaning my teeth with much consideration. The woman that did the insurance was very hard working and explained insurance information. Difficult to get them on the phone with long waits for apts. Lack of patience and concern for handicap patients from some of the staff. (others were very nice). Rushed through like an assembly line. Not honest with the papers they require you to sign. The paper says one thing and a young woman I never saw the first two visits tells you it does not mean what it says . example: the informed consent for dental crown and bridge on #7 says," Damage to adjacent teeth: Injury may occur to adjacent teeth and/or restorations, which may require root canal therapy and /or possibility of loss of adjacent teeth resulting in additional treatment and FEES!' When I brought this to their attention,"" they said it did not say that". Then they said it would not happen, so I told them to put that in writing. They said", they could not". They then blamed Corporate office for what was written on the paperwork , so I said I would not sigh that. They said they could not treat me if I did not sign that I would be responsible to pay for any nerve damage the dentist might do to the tooth he was working on and any other teeth as a result of his work on my teeth. The dentist was always very pleasant, but that could not compensate for the lack of integrity the contracts had. #6 Was also weird. It stated under crown lengthening that it may be necessary to expose more of the tooth structure to ensure proper fit and appearance of the crown, resulting in additional treatment and FEES! That one does not make any sense at all unless they are saying they made the crown not fit properly and then have to fix it at your expense? In any event it is not a company I no longer want to deal with . I see when the dentists get bad reviews they just move them around , and they want you to be liable for their mistakes and lack of expertise.
